b3o enviroTek today announed that it has been appointed the exclusive distributor for Rycom's (www.rycominstruments.com) pipe and cable locating systems for the water & sewer industries in the S.E. USA.
 
Leakage Consultants, b3o's consultancy division for water loss control reduction strategies, will spearhead the sales and marketing effort.
 
 
One of the more exciting new products is the new 8873-SD sewer camera locator. Priced below what some foreign manufacturers charge for adding the 512Hz frequency to an existing locator, or upgrading to a different model.
 
Bud Reed, General Manager, added: "In addition to the entire Rycom product line, we will be offering the 8873 especially to those utilities who have either purchased a new camera, or have upgraded their camera and are faced with no other option but to either upgrade to a much more expensive locating solution, or utilize the 8873. And, with features that are not typically found on any locator under $1,000.00, the 8873-SD is an exceptional value."
